Refund policy

Equipment Purchases are not returnable once they have been delivered and assembled. Please make sure you know what you are ordering. Feel free to call or email your questions prior to ordering.

Full refund available on equipment that was paid and not picked up, paid and delivered but unopened and not assembled. If the equipment was delivered by our team, there will be a $399 restocking fee on units delivered, unopened and unassembled. This is waived on customer pickups and returns. 

Assembled and used equipment cannot be returned or refunded. In some cases, when the opportunity to return assembled units becomes available, a 40% restocking and handling fee will be withheld to help cover the cost of markdowns on used equipment, handling, transportation, assembly, etc. No exceptions. 

Delivery and assembly fees are not refundable.
