When do I need Diagnostics Service?

When your exercise equipment stops working or is running rough and making unusual noise it's time to call the experts at Fit Service. Our repair technicians are factory trained on how to find and fix the problem fast.

What is Diagnostics Service and how much does it cost?

Diagnostics includes hands-on inspection and testing of the systems involving the problem, as well as, a complete evaluation of the entire unit. If parts are needed to complete the repair we include that in your price quote. The cost for a Diagnostics Visit is only $129.

Sometimes equipment is uneconomical to repair. If cost of repair outweighs value of the unit -or if - other potential problems are eminent you will be notified.

Description of Diagnostic Visit:

- includes travel up to 30 miles one way.
- includes diagnostics to determine the cause of the problem.
- includes evaluation of all the systems to ensure repair reliability.
-if parts need to be ordered a return visit will be necessary. We will provide you with an estimate to complete the repair before parts are ordered.
